How to brew delicious new tea (for three servings)
Tea leaves: 8g, Water temperature: 80℃, Steeping time: 40 seconds, Water volume: 300ml
Brewing procedure (for three servings)
1. Pour 300ml of boiled water into teacups to cool it to approximately 80℃.
2. Put about 8g (1½ tablespoons) of tea leaves into a teapot.
3. Slowly pour the cooled water into the teapot.
4. After about 40 seconds, pour the tea little by little into each teacup, ensuring to include the very last, most delicious drop.
