After placing your order, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery may be delayed if the product is out of stock or before holidays such as Obon and New Year's. *Excluding Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
We cannot accept changes to the delivery date and time after an order has been placed. If you wish to change the delivery date and time, please check the tracking number and delivery company listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email" sent to you on the shipping date, and contact the delivery company directly.
As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience. However, if the delivered product is damaged or soiled, or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.
