For inquiries about shopping at the online shop (cancellation, inventory, delivery, changes to contents, etc.), please select "Online shop inquiries" . For inquiries about product quality, stores that carry our products, and public relations/interviews, please select "Other inquiries" .
For inquiries regarding online store purchases (cancellations, stock, shipping, changes to orders, etc.), please use the chat function at the bottom right of the screen.

1. Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen to launch the chat window.
2. Click "Start Chat."
3. You can choose from "Frequently Asked Questions," "Start Chat," or "Ask AI (Recommended)."
*Inquiries made outside of business hours will be answered sequentially on the next business day (weekdays 10:00-17:00).
*If you select "Ask AI," you will receive an automatic response, available 24 hours a day. (Please note that some responses may take time depending on the content.)
