We do not accept date specifications for year-end and winter gift items.
When placing your order, please select the desired date (e.g., the week of November 24th) and place your order.
We will send the product at the appropriate time.

We cannot accept changes to the delivery date and time after an order has been placed. If you wish to change the delivery date and time, please check the tracking number and delivery company listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email" sent to you on the shipping date, and contact the delivery company directly.

As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience. However, if the delivered product is damaged or soiled, or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please select the desired noshi on the order screen. You can choose the noshi that is best suited for year-end gifts and winter gifts. You can also choose between inner and outer wrapping.
