Kagoshima new tea is characterized by its dark liquor and rich umami.
We carefully select fresh new leaves and finish them with appropriate firing to bring out the refreshing taste and moderate umami of new tea.

As it is a boxed tea, it is also recommended as a gift with nori senbei and new tea.

How to brew delicious new tea (for three people)
Tea leaves: 8g, Water temperature: 80℃, Time: 40 seconds, Water volume: 300ml
Brewing procedure (for three people)
1. Pour 300ml of boiled water into teacups to cool it down to about 80℃.
2. Put about 8g (1.5 tablespoons) of tea leaves into a teapot.
3. Slowly pour the cooled water into the teapot.
4. After about 40 seconds, pour a little at a time into the teacups, including the last delicious drop.
