Uji Sencha is a fragrant and mellow-tasting tea that is the result of pursuing traditional Uji tea.

Made with tea leaves grown in the famous Uji tea producing areas of Wazuka Town and Minamiyamashiro Village, and aged until autumn.

Yamamotoyama is known for its deep steaming process, but this tea is made using the shallow steaming process that is synonymous with Uji tea.

3. The deep green aroma and mellow flavor are hidden within the pale blue color.
