How to order
1. Register an account
On the new member registration screen, check the [Corporate] button, fill in the required information such as the company name and the name of the person in charge, and register.
*After registering as a member, you will be able to use your My Page and edit your address and check your order history.

2. Search for products
Once you have completed your registration as a corporate customer, the "Wholesale Product List" will be displayed in the "Bulk Orders" menu at the top of the screen.
*If this menu does not appear after the first time, please try logging in.
3. Viewing products
Please select the product you want from the product list page. On the product page, check "Order by the case" and "Shipping days" and add the product to your cart.
* Each product has a set case size, which is used to calculate shipping costs (see below).
*The prices displayed on the product list and product detail pages are the regular prices . A special discount will be applied when you add the item to your cart.
4. Cart screen
The items added to your cart, quantity, price, total amount and case size will be displayed, so please check them before payment.
*The amount shown includes the special wholesale price.
*Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total case size and will be displayed on the next checkout page.

5. Check-out
Please enter the required information in the following order: shipping address, shipping method, payment, and billing address, and then confirm your order.

6. Purchase complete
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will take approximately one week for your item to be shipped.
*After shipment, you will be able to view and download the receipt/invoice (PDF format) from the order confirmation email, shipping notification email, and order list on your My Page.
Shipping Fee
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total case size of the ordered items displayed on the cart screen.
- If your total purchase amount is 32,400 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free .
*Case size is a size coefficient set based on the size of the product's cardboard box (length x width x height), and all case products are assigned a number from 1 to 5 (listed on each product page).

*For every 8 case sizes above this, the number of small parcels (100 size) and large parcels (160 size) will increase and shipping charges will be added (free shipping for orders over 32,400 yen).

Norisaku (NSK_B) - Case size: 4
Two cases is case size 8, and shipping is 770 yen. Up to four cases shipping is 1320 yen, and for anything more than that shipping is calculated based on the size and number of boxes in the table above.
*For Norisaku, if the purchase amount (before discount) for 5 cases exceeds 32,400 yen, shipping will be free.

We accept various credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, and NP deferred payment .
What is NP deferred payment?
NP deferred payment is a deferred payment service for corporations and sole proprietors. Please pay to the bank account listed on the invoice we send you after the product is shipped, or with a payment slip at a convenience store (end of month closing, payment by invoice at the end of the following month).

About orders
Yes, you can purchase personal products and gift items using the same account.
*These products and case products cannot be purchased at the same time, so please place your orders separately.
You can pay by any method you like, including credit card, QR payment (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, etc.), or invoice payment (NP deferred payment).

About Shipping
It will take about a week from order to shipping. If you need it urgently, please contact us via the chat on the bottom right.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total case weight of the items ordered.

For customers shipping to 10 or more locations, we will send you a sheet to register your desired product and shipping address. We would appreciate it if you could fill it out.
About the Service
After your item has been shipped, you can download an invoice-compatible receipt in PDF format from the order confirmation email, product shipping notification email, or from the order list page on your My Page.
*Membership registration is required to use My Page.
*Receipts can be issued after the product has been shipped.
