This is the official online store of Yamamotoyama, a long-established Nihonbashi store founded in 1690. On this page, we offer a wide variety of easy-to-use half-cut seaweed that retains the flavor of fresh seaweed.

Half-cut nori is a full-sized sheet of seaweed cut in half, measuring approximately 10cm in length and 18cm in width. It's a convenient size for making hand-rolled sushi, and is also great for making bento boxes and onigiri! The whole family can enjoy it.
