Hojicha latte

Take a break with the fragrant aroma. It's so easy! Make a delicious Hojicha latte at home.

Ingredients (1 cup)

Roasted tea leaves
7–8 g
milk
150ml
water
120ml to 160ml
Fresh cream
1 tbsp

How to make it

1. Add roasted green tea leaves to water and simmer over low heat for 5 to 12 minutes (make it strong).

2. Add the warm milk.

3. Strain the tea leaves and pour into a cup.

4. If desired, add fresh cream (either plain or whipped) on top. Top with a small amount of roasted tea leaves and it's done.
